08 Jul, 2024عرض سلام و ادب خدمت تمامی رئیس صاحبان و مسولین شرکت های خصوصی کاریابی افغانستان٫ امید است خوب و در لباس صحت و عافیت تشریف داشته باشید ٫ ضمناً یکبار دیگر به اطلاع همه ء مسولین شرکت های خصوصی کاریابی افغانستان نظر به مکتوب تاریخی ۱۴۴۵٫۱۲٫۱۸ ریاست محترم قوای بشری وزارت کارو امور اجتماعی رسانیده میشود. موضوع شرکت های که جواز های خویشرا تا اکنون تمدید ننموده اند هر چه زودتر از چگونگی تمدید جواز شرکت های خویش این اتحادیه را در جریان قرار دهند ٫ قسمیکه دیده میشود یکتعداد شرکت ها جواز های خویشرا تمدید کرده اما یک تعداد زیادی از شرکت ها غایب و تا اکنون بخاطر تمدید جواز های خویش اقدام ننموده اند فلهذا موضوع کتاباً بشما رسانیده شد الی تاریخ ۱۴۰۳٫۰۴٫۲۵ در قسمت تمدید جواز های خویش اقدام فوری نمائید در غیر آنصورت اتحادیهٔ مجبور و مکلف است لست شرکت های که جواز های شان تمدید گردیده اند را رسماً به مرجع مربوطه گزارش دهد آنگاه دوستان حق شکایت را نخواهند داشت وسلام لعل محمد امیری مسول اداری اتحادیهٔ شرکت های خصوصی کاریابی افغانستان
دیدار محترم مولوی صاحب عبدالسلام حنفی معاون اداری ریاست الوزاء با مسٔولین اتحادیه شرکت های خوصوصی کاریابی افغانستان
10 Jun, 2024محترم مولوی عبدالسلام حنفی معاون اداری ریاست الوزراء امروز با مسئولین اتحادیۀ شرکت‌های خصوصی کاریابی دیدار نمود. در این دیدار نخست محترم الحاج نورالله فدوی رئیس اتحادیۀ شرکت‌های خصوصی کاریابی در بارۀ کارکردها، فعالیت‌ها و برنامه‌های این شرکت‌ها و نیز در مورد وضعیت بازار کار در کشور خدمت مقام معاونیت اداری ریاست الوزراء معلومات ارائه کرد. رئیس اتحادیه شرکت‌های خصوصی کاریابی خاطر نشان کرد که آنان نه تنها در بازار کار داخل کشور در یافتن فرصت‌های شغلی به جویندگان شغل کمک می‌کنند .بلکه در یافتن فرصت‌های کاری به هموطنان در سایر کشورها با در نظر گرفتن شرایط قانونی نیز همکاری می‌کنند. محترم مولوی عبدالسلام حنفی ضمن ابراز خرسندی از این دیدار نقش این شرکت‌ها را در یافتن فرصت‌های شغلی برای افراد نیازمند کار خصوصاً جوانان مهم عنوان کرد. معاون اداری ریاست الوزراء افزود که در حال حاضر در تمام دنیا افراد جویای شغل شخصاً به دروازۀ شرکت‌ها، فابریکه‌جات و سایر کارفرمایان مراجعه نمی‌کنند، بلکه از طریق شرکت‌های کاریابی شغل مورد نظرشان را پیدا می‌کنند، لهذا لازم است شرکت‌های کاریابی کشور جهت یافتن فرصت‌های شغلی... برای شهروندان جویای کار بیشتر تلاش نمایند. محترم مولوی حنفی از شرکت‌های کاریابی به عنوان واسطه میان کارفرما و کارگر خواست در اعلان شغل و شرایط آن بخصوص در زمینۀ فرستادن کارگر به خارج از کشور شفاف عمل نموده و از پیشکش نمودن فرصت‌های شغلی مبهم و نا مطمئن به جوانان خودداری کنند.
سفر وزیر صاحب کار و امور اجتماعی، ریٔس اتحادیه شرکت های خصوصی کاریابی افغانستان و هیٔت مدیره شان به کشور قطر
01 Jun, 2024قابل ذکر و یاد آوری است که بتاریخ ۰۷/۰۳/۱۴۰۳ محترم وزیر صاحب کار و امور اجتماعی ا.ا.ا به دعوت کشور قطر در رأس یک هیٔت عالی رتبه عازم آن کشور گردیدند، در سفر که به کشور قطر صورت گرفت محترم حاجی صاحب نور الله فدوی ریٔس اتحادیه شرکت های خصوصی کاریابی افغانستان، محترم عبدالهادی رحیمی آمر اعزام کارگران به خارج از کشور، محترم عزیز الرحمن سکرتر وزیر صاحب کار و امور اجتماعی، جناب وزیر صاحب را در این سفر همراهی مینمودند که خوشبختانه جناب وزیر صاحب و همراه شان با مقامات عالی رتبه کشور قطر روی مسایل مختلف از جمله اعزام کارگران افغان در کشور قطر گفتگو و تبادله نظر نمودند و همچنان پیرامون قرار داد به تعداد ۲۵۰۰ کارگر که در سال ۲۰۰۸ همراه با کشور قطر امضأ گردیده بود، نیز بحث گرید و از مقامات قطری خواستند تا در این زمینه نیز اقدام فوری نمایند. بدین اساس خبرهای خوشی ان شاء الله در آینده های نزدیک در راه است.

24 May, 2024د افغانستان د خصوصي کاریابی شرکتونو د ټولنې د مسوولینو د هڅو په پایله کې، د تخنیکي او مسلکي زده کړو د بیلابیلو څانګو لست جوړشوی او صحیح دی، او دې محترمۍ اداری وکولی شو شاوخوا ۹۰ زره مسلکې کارګران او کارمندان فارغ کړی او ملی او نړیوال بازارونه ته یی کار ته چمتو کړی. /// In the result of efforts of the officials from the Association of Private Employment Companies of Afghanistan, a comprehensive and accurate list of the various fields within the Department of Technical and Vocational Education has been compiled. 22 Apr, 2024The council of leadership members of the Association of Private Recruitment Companies in Afghanistan held a meeting with Mr. Mawlawi Ghulam Haider "Shahamat," the General Head of Technical and Vocational Education and Training of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, on 03/02/1403 (April 22, 2024). The purpose of the meeting was to discuss establishing mutual cooperation, designing policies, and employment strategies for Labors and workers.

Maulvi Zahid Jan Agha, Minister of Labor, Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs and members of the delegation participated in this invitation. During this banquet, there were studies and discussions about the working process of the Association's programs and the launch of the website.

06 Mar, 2024In a meeting with members of the Association of Private Recruitment Companies in Afghanistan, Deputy Prime Minister Mawlavi Abdul Salam Hanafi stated that with the commencement of practical work on the Tapi, TAP, fiber optics, and railway projects, there will be a need for thousands of workers. Hanafi added that private companies can prepare and refer skilled individuals in coordination with the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs.

02 Feb, 2020The inauguration ceremony of the Association of Private Recruitment Companies in Afghanistan! So far, 72 private companies have officially obtained work permits from the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs. Fortunately, on 13, 1399, this union was officially inaugurated in collaboration with the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs. The official sending of workers abroad has been agreed upon with countries such as Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, and Japan. The signing of formal memorandum of understanding and agreements between the governments will take place as soon as possible. Seyyed Abdul Karim Hashemi, the Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, who spoke at the opening program of the Association of Private Recruitment Companies in Afghanistan, mentioned that insecurity is the major challenge causing unemployment in Afghanistan. He said, "We currently have talents, workforce, agricultural opportunities, mines, raw materials, and all facilities in the country, but one of the major challenges leading to unemployment and illegal migration is insecurity." Haji Noorullah Fidawi, the President of the Association of Private Recruitment Companies in Afghanistan, also mentioned that so far, 72 private companies have obtained licenses from the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, and they will cooperate with the ministry in the process of sending workers abroad. Any private companies without work permits will not be able to operate in this field. He added that fourteen countries have requested skilled workers from Afghanistan, and the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other relevant institutions, is working to sign work agreements with them as soon as possible. The Deputy Minister of Labor also emphasized that the workers sent legally to foreign countries will enjoy all employment rights, including life insurance and worker's insurance. Mohammad Qasim Halimi, the Acting Minister of Hajj and Endowments, and some representatives of private companies also spoke and appreciated the efforts of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs in the field of job placement and the opening of the Association of Private Recruitment Companies in Afghanistan. They requested the companies to focus on capacity building before the official start of this process so that Afghan workers can compete with workers from other countries in the global job market.
